elizabeth from bioshock

she was super fun to paint but oh man i got lazy with the clothes (too many lace details like wtf man). also it was hard to get her expression right. i feel like she only looks ike herself in the actual game because the stills of her feel so flat, but when she’s moving she’s so alive? iunno what i’m saying anymore so just enjoy this :D

We call ourselves Runners. We exist on the edge between the gloss and the reality: the mirror’s edge. We keep out of trouble, out of sight, and the cops don’t bother us. Runners see the city in a different way. We see the flow. Rooftops become pathways and conduits, possibilities and routes of escape. The flow is what keeps us running, keeps us alive.
